These terms govern access to Meridian services and define responsibilities for account owners, analysts, and administrators.

Service Scope
Meridian provides intelligence synthesis, scenario planning support, and forecast tooling for operational decision support.
Meridian does not provide legal, medical, military command, or evacuation command authority. Final decisions remain with customer leadership.
Account and Access
Users must maintain credential security and use approved authentication methods. Organization owners are responsible for role assignment and access lifecycle controls.
Unauthorized access attempts, credential sharing, or misuse of automation interfaces may result in suspension.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Meridian for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, personal harassment, or deceptive manipulation campaigns.
Platform outputs must not be represented as guaranteed predictions. Forecasts and scenarios are probabilistic analytical products.
Data Ownership and Responsibility
Customers retain ownership of data they submit. Customers are responsible for obtaining required rights and permissions before uploading source material.
Meridian may process submitted content to provide core functionality, enforce security controls, and maintain operational reliability.
Liability and Warranty
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Meridian disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or reliance on analytical outputs.
